Salmon tartare is delicious and suitable both as a snack for the drink or as a fresh appetizer.

tablespoons tablespoon Dijon mustard

tablespoons tablespoons high-quality olive oil

Salted potato chips
Salt and pepper
Approach
Slice SALMA into small cubes, about 0.5 x 0.5 centimetres.
Mix SALMA cubes with finely chopped red onion, capers, finely chopped chives, grated parmesan, mustard and olive oil just before serving. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
Place the tartar in a glasses or bowls and top with potato chips.
