SALMA Burger is our salmon burger. It is made of nicely cut pieces of SALMA, mixed with a little salt. It is a unique product and the burger is perfect on the grill or frying in the pan. Each burger weights 130 grams, and the product is formed and vacuumed the same way as the SALMA loin.
Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar). Fresh salmon (fish) produced and harvested in Norway. The product is added salt. The salt is calculated from the natural sodium content in the grocery.
