Salmon burger with avocado cream & mango salsa

Approach
Let the SALMA salmon burger rest for 20 minutes at room temperature before frying.
Pan: Fry SALMA salmon burger in a pan on medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side
Grill: SALMA salmon burger on the grill needs a little less time than in the pan. When grilling the SALMA burger, it is important that the grill is properly hot. Brush the SALMA burger with neutral oil before grilling. Grill first one side for about 2 min. Then flip the burger around and grill for about 1/2 min on the other side. The SALMA burger tastes best if it is allowed to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Spread 2 tablespoons avocado cream on the bottom of the bread. Add the burger, and top with mango salsa. Place the other bread on top of the burger.
Mango salsa
Cut mango and red onion into small cubes. Chop chilli and coriander.
Mix the ingredients together and add white wine vinegar and the juice from the lime.
Season with salt and pepper.
Avocado cream
Mix together the avocado, sour cream and lime juice in a bowl and turn everything roughly together with a fork
Season with the juice of lime, salt and pepper.
